Pressure Washing & Soft Wash

Driveways, pool decks, sidewalks, lanai floors and full house washes. High pressure where it belongs, gentle soft wash where it doesn't.

What's Included

The right pressure for the surface.

Most of this job is knowing when not to use pressure. Concrete and pavers can take it. Painted siding, screens, soffits and roofs cannot — those get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution that kills the organic growth instead of blasting it off.

Pressure vs Soft Wash

Two different jobs, often on the same house.

  • High pressure

For hard, unfinished surfaces: concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs and paver decks. Cuts through embedded dirt and tire marks. Always followed by re-sanding on pavers, because pressure strips the joint sand out.

  • Soft wash

For anything finished or fragile: painted siding, stucco, soffits, screens and roofs. A cleaning solution does the work at garden-hose pressure, so nothing gets etched, stripped or forced behind the surface.
