How Often

Once before rainy season so the system is clear when it matters, once after so wet debris isn't sitting in the trough all winter rotting the fascia behind it. Under heavy tree cover, make it quarterly.

Flush and test
Every downspout flushed until it runs clear, so we find the blockage that only shows up under real water volume.
STEP 03
Inspect and report
We check pitch, seams, hangers and fascia and tell you what we found — with photos, before anything becomes a repair bill.
