Common Problems

What we get called out for most.

Sunken sections
Usually a washed-out base under a downspout or a low spot that traps water. We lift the affected area, rebuild and recompact the base, and reset the stones to grade.
Spreading joints
Joint sand washes out, then the stones start to drift and rock underfoot. Fixed by re-sanding with a stabilizing sand and repairing the edge restraint holding the field together.
Cracked or stained stones
Individual pavers can be pulled and swapped without touching the rest. We keep the pattern intact and blend replacements so the repair doesn't announce itself.
