What's Included

Sealing is three jobs, not one.

Sealer over dirty pavers locks the dirt in permanently, and sealer over empty joints does nothing to stop the spreading. So the clean and the re-sand aren't optional extras — they're most of the work, and the reason the result lasts.

Timing

Every two to three years in Florida.

Sooner on a pool deck that takes constant sun and chlorine. If yours have never been sealed, we clean, re-sand and seal as one job — and the color difference is usually the part people don't expect.

STEP 01
Clean
Pressure wash, then treat stains, efflorescence and any organic growth. Everything has to come off before anything goes on.
STEP 02
Re-sand
Joints refilled to spec with stabilizing sand and compacted in, so the field locks together instead of drifting.
STEP 03
Seal
Applied once the surface is fully dry, in the finish you picked. We keep traffic off it until it's cured properly.
